SASSA Takes Expert Services to Fernie Local Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie 2 Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers to your community.

SASSA will probably be rendering services such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, client care enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency stated it is actually alarmed about the superior quantity of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal of your Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a superior variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no completely sassa status functional office focused on service the area regularly. The service level made for intervention ordeals a high influx of potential beneficiaries, that makes it complicated with the Workplace to status sassa attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more assets to permit the servicing of all clients and improve usage of Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
